The boring half of your business, done by Monday morning.

I build custom AI skills. Small, tested systems that do your recurring work the way you do it: your proposals, your reports, your client onboarding, your voice. You send me the work. I install the machine. You never sit on a single call.

One custom skill, delivered in 5 working days, or you pay nothing. It's step one of the full install. The £395 credits in full if you continue.

You already know AI could be doing this work. That's not the problem.

The problem is that every attempt goes the same way. You open a chat window, explain your business from scratch, get something 70% right, fix it by hand, and close the tab knowing you'll have to explain it all again tomorrow. So the proposals still get written at 9pm. The weekly report still eats Friday morning. The onboarding email still gets rewritten from the last one, which was rewritten from the one before. The tools aren't the gap. The gap is that nobody has sat down and taught the AI your business. Your formats, your standards, your way of saying things and packaged that teaching so it works every time, for anyone on your team, without the 20-minute explanation. That packaging is a craft. It's the only thing I do.

How this works: one step, then a decision

Step 1 - The Pilot. £395. Your single most annoying task, turned into one custom skill. Five working days. This is how every engagement starts, as a paid test drive.Step 2 - The Install. £1,995. If the pilot proves it, I build out the rest: seven skills total, over 30 days. Your £395 credits in full - the pilot is skill one of seven. That's the whole ladder. No retainer required, no upsell call - there is an optional Care Plan afterwards, but it's only offered once the install is done. Everything below explains these two steps in detail.

Step 2, in full: The 30-Day Install

One month. Your seven most repetitive workflows. The pilot skill plus six more turned into custom skills your team runs with a single instruction. The Workflow X-Ray - (£500 value) I go through your material - SOPs, templates, past work, a 10-minute recording from you and map the seven workflows where automation pays back fastest. You approve the list before anything gets built.Seven Custom Skills, built from your actual work - (£2,800 value) Not prompts. Installed, tested systems built from your documents and examples, that produce work in your house style. First one lands in week one. You're using the install while we craft the rest. The Handover Looms — (£400 value) A short recorded walkthrough for every skill: what it does, how to run it, what to check. Watch once, use forever. New hires get trained by the video, not by you.The Skill Manual - (£300 value) Every skill documented in plain English in one place: what it does, what to feed it, what good output looks like. If I vanish tomorrow, everything keeps working.30 Days of Tune-Ups - (£500 value) A month of adjustments after handover. Something's off? Submit it through the request form and it's resolved by close of business the next working day. No meetings, no tickets, no "let me schedule a call to discuss."Plus, for founding clients:Bonus - Tube2Skill Pro for your whole team, 12 months - (£540 value) My Chrome extension turns any YouTube tutorial into a skill automatically. Your team gets the paid tier free for a year, so your library keeps growing after I'm done.Bonus - The Skill Request Pipeline - (£250 value) A standing form where anyone on your team can request the next skill. You stop being the bottleneck for your own automation.Bonus - Quarterly Stack Review - (£350 value) Models change fast. Once a quarter for a year, I re-test your skills against the current models and send you what to update. Your install doesn't quietly rot.Total value: £5,640 Founding price: £1,995 (first 5 clients, then £2,995)

No discovery calls. No workshops. No Zoom.

Every agency selling AI wants six meetings before anything gets built. Here's the entire process instead:Day 1 - You pay, and land straight on the intake form. Upload your SOPs, templates, examples of finished work, messy is fine, and record a 10-minute walkthrough of how you actually do the work. (This beats a discovery call: I can rewatch you. I can't rewatch a meeting.)Day 2 - You get my X-Ray back: the seven workflows I'm building, in priority order, with what each one will do. You approve or reorder by email.Week 1 - Your first skill arrives, with its Loom. It's deliberately your most painful workflow, so the install starts paying for itself in week one.Weeks 2-4 - The remaining six land in batches, each with its walkthrough. You use them as they arrive and flag anything that's off.Days 30–60 - Tune-up window. Anything you submit is resolved by close of business the next working day. That's it. The whole engagement runs on email, one form, and short videos you watch when it suits you. Nothing about it needs your business hours, and there is never a meeting to schedule. If you need to talk something through, you record a 2-minute voice note and I reply with one. Asynchronous doesn't mean unavailable. It means neither of us performs availability in a calendar.

Who's behind this

I'm Matt. I built Tube2Skill - the Chrome extension that converts YouTube tutorials into working Claude skills automatically. Toolwright is the same craft, applied properly: instead of a public video, the source material is your business. The extension is the free, self-serve version of what I do. Install it, convert a tutorial, and judge the output quality yourself before you spend a pound with me - it's the same person building your skills.

Everything on this page is deliberately checkable: the demo above is unedited, the timelines are contractual, and both guarantees below are written to be claimable.

Don't buy the install. Test me for £395 first.

The Five-Day Pilot: pick your single most annoying recurring task. I build that one skill, from your material, delivered with its Loom and manual page - within 5 working days, or you pay nothing.Within 24 hours of paying you'll have a short video from me confirming exactly what I'm building. You'll know it was the right decision the day after you make it, not the week after. If you continue: every penny of the £395 credits against the install. The pilot isn't an extra cost - it's the first skill of your seven, bought separately so the risk is £395 instead of £1,995.If you don't continue: you keep the skill, the Loom, and the manual page. No exit interview, no "quick call to discuss your experience." We just stop.

3 install slots per month. Pilot slots close when the month's installs are claimed.

Two guarantees, in plain English

1. The Proof Guarantee (pilot). If your pilot skill isn't delivered within 5 working days, or the output isn't work you'd actually use - full refund, and you keep the skill anyway. I'm not interested in £395 from someone I couldn't help.2. The Hours-Back Guarantee (install). Before I build, we agree in writing which workflows the install takes off your plate. If after 60 days those workflows aren't actually running on skills, I keep building, fixing, and rebuilding for free until they are. The deadline risk is mine, not yours. No "satisfaction" weasel-wording. Both are claimable by replying to any email from me with one sentence.

This works best if…

  • You're a solo operator or a team under ~15 - agencies, recruiters, consultancies, bookkeepers, coaches - drowning in recurring document work

  • You have some existing material: SOPs, templates, past examples. (Messy is fine. "It's all in my head" is fine too - that's what the 10-minute walkthrough is for.)

  • You already use Claude, or you're willing to (skills run on a standard Claude subscription, ~£15/month - you own everything, nothing runs through me)

This isn't for you if…

  • You want a chatbot on your website or a full custom software build - different trades

  • You want strategy workshops and a transformation roadmap - I install machines, I don't run meetings about machines

  • Your work is genuinely novel every single time - skills automate the repeatable part, and if nothing repeats, there's nothing to install

Questions you're probably asking

Will this actually work for my business?
That's exactly what the pilot is for. £395, your single ugliest task, five working days. If the answer is no, it costs you nothing and you keep the skill anyway. I've priced finding out to be cheaper than one month of doing the task by hand.
My processes are a mess / undocumented. Is that a problem?
It's the normal case. Rough notes, old examples of finished work, and a 10-minute recording of you doing the task once are better raw material than a polished SOP - polished SOPs describe how work should happen; your recording shows how it does.
Why is there no call? Is this just… a form?
By design. A discovery call is one hour of me taking notes badly. Your intake of real documents plus a video I can rewatch is strictly better raw material, and it's why I can promise five days. You're not losing the call. You're being spared it.
What do I need technically?
A Claude subscription (~£15/month) and the ability to watch a 3-minute video. That's the whole stack. Everything I build is installed in your account. You own it all, and nothing about your business flows through my systems after handover.
What about confidential client data?
Skills are built from your process, not your client records, templates, structures or standards. Where examples are needed, they're anonymised at intake. Happy to sign an NDA before you upload anything; the intake form has a tick-box for it.
What happens after the 30 days?
Everything keeps working. You own the skills outright, documented in the manual. If you want them maintained and extended, the Care Plan is £295/month: unlimited tune-up requests plus one new skill a month. Optional, cancel monthly, and only offered to install clients.
Why should I trust someone with no case studies?
Because I've structured the deal so you don't have to. The extension shows you my build quality for free, the pilot caps your risk at £395 with a keep-the-skill refund, and the founding price exists precisely because the first five clients are taking a chance on me - £1,000 off is what that chance is worth.
Is this an agency? Who actually does the work?
It's a deliberately small practice, not a scaled agency, that's why there are three slots a month and why the same named person builds everything, start to finish. Your response windows (X-Ray within 48 hours, tune-ups by close of business the next working day) are written commitments, not aspirations. No juniors, no handoffs, no account managers.

Three installs a month. That's the whole company.

Every skill is built by me, personally, from your actual work - so capacity is three installs a month, and the founding price of £1,995 ends at client five, permanently.

Founding slots remaining: 4 of 5
Month install slots remaining: 3 of 3

Send the work you hate. Get back a machine that does it.

Delivered in 5 working days or it's free. Keep the skill either way. Never a single meeting.
